TIPS: HOW I DEAL WITH STRESS

In my line of work, stressful days are so common that it has become a part of my life since I joined the corporate world way back 2012. 💆 There are days when I really started to ask myself, "What was I thinking when I accepted this job?". Lols, just kidding. 😁 But tbh, there are days when stress consumed my whole being that there are so many times that the comfort room cubicles became a room to my secret sobs. 💆😢 But, still I am here. So let me share a few things that I do when there's so much stress in my life but still needed to function like a happy human being.

  • DEEP BREATHS ARE A MUST. Before I fully transform into Incredible Hulk, I take really deep breaths. 😊
  • I go for a quick walk outside of the office.
  • Milktea! Coffee! I take whatever it is that makes me happy on the inside.
  • If your office is near a mall like ours, you can take a quick window shopping break. Just make sure not to max out your cards on unnecessary stuff.
  • I pray. Yep! I may not seem like that type of girl but I do say a little prayer just to calm myself.
  • I play games. That's why I bought a handheld console that I could bring to the office cuz a girl's gotta play some games too. 💁💁💁
There are still a lot of things that you can do to deal with stress. Stress is always there, whether you're a working girl like me or a student. Even the people at home gets stressed! 💢 Let's just learn how to cope with it like true magical girls. 💜
